Year 1's Very Own Toy Museum |

 Year 1 finished off their successful topic on Toys by setting up their very own toy museum in our small hall. The children showed off a wide range of artefacts that had been donated by grandparents, parents and teachers. Some of the toys on display were at least 100 years old.

Year 2 capped off their topic on Mexico with an afternoon of food tasting. The children tried a vegetable chilli (Made by Mr Best - They were very brave!), cheesy nachos with salsa and guacamole, tortillas, red peppers and looked at a range of chillis. They loved the different food they tasted and kept coming back for more! They were glad however, that the salsa was a mild one!
