Sheepsetting Pre-School was first established in 1969 and has been running for over 39 years. The Pre-School is a registered charity and is a member of the Pre-School Learning Alliance (PLA).
The Pre-school is situated within Cross-in-Hand CEP School and has its own building which is situated next to the reception class. The outside play space is fence enclosed for safety and it is an area that we are currently looking to make improvements to. We also have access to the school hall and library facilities.
We are OFSTED inspected and our most recent inspection was in November 2005. We were very pleased with the outcome of this inspection and the report is available, should you wish to read it. We are registered with the Early Years Education Entitlement and are able to offer funded places for 3 and 4 year olds.

Tuesday 20 & Wednesday 21 October Parent and child cooking sessions. Two sessions each day 9.30 - 10.30am and 12.30 - 1.30pm. Please book early as places are limited. Can you remeber to bring with you a mixing bowl and a pair of weighing scales. Friday 23 October Rising 5 parents coffee morning 10.30 - 11.30am. Come and have a chat with your child's key person and see what happens at Rising 5's. |

Our annual AGM will be held on Thursday 22nd October in the Pre-school building, at 7.30pm. We look forward to seeing you. |

On Saturday 20th June, the Pre-school opened in the morning for children to bring their Dad's & Grandads in to play. Lots of people turned up and had an enjoyable morning making vehicles from junk modelling.  |
